Tarot Initiates, 3-part Online Course with Eliza Swann

Tarot Initiates is a three-part online workshop that maps out the system of Tarot as a tool for deeper connection and magic making. We'll look at the Tarot deck system and its initiatory symbolism, Tarot spreads, how to approach readings, and how to use Tarot to invoke reflection and change. The course comes with a handbook PDF and culminates with the organization of a Tarot-thon to raise funds for a cause of our choice to root the Tarot in service and love. You have the option at the end of this course to do a one-on-one session with Eliza Swann to troubleshoot and grow your practice. These sessions will be recorded, but this class funtions much better as a live course, and in-person attendance is recommended.

10/11 - We'll discuss the course, how Tarot can be used, its history, and map out the Minor Arcana which includes discussions of sacred numerology and the architecture of prayer.

10/18 - We'll look at the Major Arcana, some Tarot spreads, and practice one spread for personal use. We'll discuss ethics, methods, and poetic divination strategies.

10/21 - We'll do partner practices and discuss what it means to use the Tarot as a collaborative container. We'll begin to organize a Tarot-thon to raise funds, and decide where we'd like to send them. Participation in the Tarot-thon is optional and will take place after the course has finished.
